Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from the china. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. We ship M-F. Orders placed Thursday after 5 pm EST may ship out on Monday.

INTERNATIONAL: All orders placed outside of the china can take anywhere from 5-18 business days for delivery. Based on your country of residence, your parcel may be charged a Customs/VAAT/Duty fee. We can not predict when these fees will occur and are not responsible for reimbursement or refunds. Certain countries may hold your package at your local post office until these fees are paid. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ship to your physical address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please check address throughly at checkout. If package is returned to HESHIS for invalid address or failure to pay duty, the customer is responsible for paying shipping to resend. Customers unwilling to repay shipping charges or failure to pay customs, will forfeit their order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
