- Give it 24 hours to see if it turns up the next delivery day.
- Check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to wrong address.
- Check with your property management office if applicable
- Check with your local mail carrier. It may be on hold for pickup.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once it has left our HQ. Customer assumes all responsibility once packaged is marked as delivered.
If package is returned to FREISIN store for invalid address or failure to pay duty, the customer is responsible for paying shipping to resend. Customers unwilling to repay shipping charges or failure to pay customs, will forfeit their order.
